The Gîte is suitable for a maximum of 5 persons. Rental prices are per week. In June and from September 10 tot October 1, 2022 we also rent per night, minimum is four nights.

The weekly tariffs include:

Bedlinen, kitchen linen, per person one beach/shower towel (70x140 cm) and 3 normal towels. Gas and electric*. BBQ and a traditional lady, and men-bike (without children seat).

Available for free, on request: baby-bed and/or baby-chair. Boxspring in master bedroom 2.10 mtr. Free wifi. The gîte is animal and non-smoking. A safety deposit box. 

 

Additional costs for weekly rental:

End-cleaning €55,-. All prices are exclusive of taxe de sèjour of €1,50 per day p.p. (children until 18 years are free of taxe).

*Surcharge of heating costs; (extra) low season €25,- a week. We ask for a deposit. If travel by Covid19 is not possible, you can cancel with us for free (until 4 weeks behfore arrivalday), the deposit will be refunded.

 

Additional information:

We heartily welcome guests on Saturdays! Arrival after 16.00 and departure before 10.00 o’clock.

A washing-machine is available, for a charge of €5,- per wash.

We ask for a guaranty of €150,-.

The swimming pool is equipped with a drowning-person alarm.

During the (school) vacations the owners are present (2 adults and 2 kids (17 and 14 years old). Outside the vacations a caretaker is present
